1. How much does is cost and what does it include?

The cost is $1,798 per person, based on double-occupancy, and includes your round trip airfare from Los Angeles, 5-star or 4-star hotel accommodation, deluxe tour bus, a knowledgeable English-speaking tour guide in each city, three full meals every day, fees for all attractions outlined in the itinerary, and any applicable taxes.

2. What additional costs will associated with the tour?

The cost of the visa to China is $145. Your flight or travel to California is also additional. A one-time $25 tipping fee for the entire trip is also suggested.

3. What is the registration deposit fee and is it refundable?

The deposit is $250 per person to secure your space. It is non-refundable, but can transfer to another passenger before January 1, 2009.

4. Are there any other cancellation fees?

After January 1, 2009, the airline assesses a $500 fee. Unfortunately, this fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. There can be no name changes or substitutions after January 1, 2009.

5. When is final payment due?

We will send an invoice and the balance will be due December 15t,h.

6. Can I charge my balance on a credit card?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards and echecks. We will charge a $25 processing fee.

7. Do I need to get a passport and visa?

Yes, securing or updating a passport is responsibility of each passenger. You can apply for a passport at a main post office or county clerk office. You need to provide a certified copy of your birth certificate, two passport photos, and the proper fees. We encourage you to apply right away as passport can take up to three months to get from the government. It might be wise to pay an additional fees to expedite the process. .

We will provide a visa application. The Chinese visa requirements include current passport, signed visa application, two passport photos and $145 fee. CITSLINC International will assist in obtaining the visa through the Chinese consulate.

8. Can I have my own room?

Yes, a single room will cost an additional $450.

9. Can I upgrade my flight to business class?

Yes, the cost is approximately is $4,500.

10. Will there by any orientation classes held?

11. How much luggage can I check on the airplane?

You can bring two bags totaling 70 lbs in total weight.

12. How is money handled in China?

For example, one will find very few ATM machines, but travelers checks and credit cards are accepted everywhere. It is recommended to leave your checkbooks and debit cards behind.

13. What is the electricity in China?

China runs on 220 volts and an adapter is required to operate even an American hair dryer. However, both the adapter and the hair dryer are available at the hotels in which we will be staying.
